I wanted to ask about my order on the other account, (you can see my order on photo) I didn't received the PC & Pouch, it should have come with both of it, why you send it without PC & Pouch ;( please make another confirmation asap!

You must send it completely like the details ;( why you just send the shoes, and there's no Pouch & PC

It's already do the complain, third times but there's no answer about it. Can you please give me some responses?
