Quite a number of the photocards inside the lightstick boxes came damaged (folded or scratched). believe it happen as there is no compartment inside the box to secure the photocard and it shifted around the box during transportation. It is quite disappointing. Unable to get reprint or refund from KQ since it will cost me much more to send the items back to KQ shop. Hope KQ can change its packaging design to prevent such issues from happening.
